Try making this cobbler during the holidays with you AR frozen peaches.
Peach Cobbler
1 cup butter 2 cups flour
2 cups sugar 2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs 4 cups fresh sliced peaches or 2 (15 oz. cans peaches) sliced
2 cups milk 1 tsp. cinnamon
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, milk and flour. Pour batter into greased and floured 9 X 13 inch pan. Drop peach slices over batter. Pour peach juice around edges of pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes.
